medical items, jewelry, military clothing and/or shoes, guns or war toys, pornography, money or negotiable securities, used spare parts, any element contaminated with fuel, narcotic substances, compressed gases, explosives, incendiary materials, flammable substances and/or other destructive substance, security camera systems, seeds, sausages, cheeses and other non-canned animal products, animal food, witchcraft items.

I hereby declare under oath that the description and declared values ​​of the items to be transported by GUZAL CARGO EXPRESS correspond to the truth and are objects of lawful trade. GUZAL CARGO EXPRESS, as my Transporter agent, is responsible for the accepted items described and will recognize the declared value, freight and taxes if there is a total loss. In case of damage to the content, I accept that an investigation be carried out that can last up to 30 days and whose final result will determine if the damage is recognized.

I accept that the Customs of the country of destination may reassess the taxes to be paid or withhold my shipment if it finds discrepancies between the declared and the physical content or differences between the declared value and the market value. In case of withholding, I authorize GUZAL CARGO EXPRESS to present the export documents to Customs. GUZAL CARGO EXPRESS is not responsible for the time that this process takes before Customs nor for the final decision issued.


I release GUZAL CARGO EXPRESS from all responsibility in case of delay in delivery of my shipment due to CUSTOMS DELAYS, HOLIDAYS, STRIKES, ROAD DAMAGE AND FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS.
